This classic fingertip veil is 72" wide made with fine illusion tulle that is cut in a full oval and the center gathered to form two tiers. It has a traditional pencil edge - the layers measuring approximately 30" and 36" long. The upper layer can be used as a blusher if you wish, making this not only a beautiful, but versatile.
